Ms. Clyburn joined Carollo Engineers in 1978 and is Carollo’s Texas area manager. She has extensive experience in managing multi-million dollar projects that include water and wastewater planning, design and construction services. Mary holds a MS in sanitary engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BS degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.
