Mr. Clement joined Carollo Enginees in 1978 and has extensive experience in project management, client coordination, and quality control for water treatment, storage, and transmission projects. He also serves on several value engineering and quality control groups for water projects. Clark holds a MS in civil engineering from the University of Florida and a BS in civil engineering from Michigan Technical University.
