Mr. Siebert has extensive experience in civil design and construction management for water treatment facilities, major water systems, site development, roadway, and flood control structures and drainage. Mr. Siebert is also highly skilled in the development of alternative project delivery methods, and has managed several design-build projects in Phoenix and the Southwest region.
