Mr. Carella served as a Carollo manager for infrastructure programs valued at up to $150 million, and principal-in charge/project manager for major water studies, master plans, and complex multi-hazard regional reliability studies throughout Northern California. His efforts have earned accolades from project owners who have described him as an outstanding project manager with a unique ability to effectively manage the multi-firm consultant team, understand and communicate complex issues and address key issues to a successful conclusion.
