Mr. Wachter joined Carollo Engineers in 2000 and has over 15 years of experience in the planning and design of municipal and industrial wastewater collection and treatment facilities, municipal water treatment facilities, as well as various odor control systems, environmental permitting processes, and storm water pollution prevention practices. Russ holds a MS in environmental engineering from the University of Kansas and a BS in civil engineering from the University of Lincoln, Nebraska.
