Mr. Meyerhofer joined Carollo Engineers firm in 1996 and nearly 20 years of experience focused on water treatment, including pilot plant design and operation, water quality studies, treatment plant evaluation and design, and construction management. Jim holds a MS in civil engineering from the University of California, Davis and a BS in civil engineering from Loyola Marymount, Los Angeles.
