Mr. Lanning joined Carollo Engineers in 1988 and has over 20 years of experience as a civil/environmental engineer on numerous projects involving many aspects of wastewater treatment facilities. He is a Project Management Professional, as certified by the Project Management Institute. Doug holds a MS in civil/environmental engineering from California State University and a BS in civil engineering from Arizona State University.
