Mr. Kraska joined Carollo Engineers in 1989 and has nearly 20 years of experience ranging from wastewater treatment plant upgrade projects to water distribution system master plans, drinking water treatment plant evaluations and upgrades, and various other drinking water infrastructure projects, including vulnerability assessments. David holds a MS in sanitary engineering and a BS in civil engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
