Mr. Middleton joined Carollo Engineers in 1998 and has extensive experience managing all phases of water and wastewater projects including studies, design, construction management, resident engineering, plant startup, and operator training. Glen holds a MS from the University of Texas, Arlington and a BS from South Dakota State University.
