Mr. Juby joined Carollo Engineers in 1998 and has over 25 years of experience in process design for water and wastewater treatment focused on advanced treatment processes such as ozone, GAC, biological filtration, UV, and membranes. Graham holds a PhD and a BS in engineering from the University of Pretoria, South Africa and a BS in chemical engineering and biomedical engineering from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
