Mr. Cushing joined Carollo Engineers in 1998 and has nearly 20 years of experience in drinking water quality and process engineering and has been responsible for numerous bench-and pilot-scale studies and preliminary designs for advanced water treatment facilities. Bob holds a PhD and a MS in civil engineering and a BS in petroleum engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
