Mr. Ashcroft joined Carollo Engineers in 1991 and has nearly 20 years of experience in managing the evaluation, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Craig holds a MS in environmental engineering and a BS in civil engineering from Brigham Young University, Utah.
