Mr. Leveque joined Carollo Engineers in 1990 and nearly 20 years of project management experience in the planning, design, and construction management of water and wastewater projects. Eric holds a MS in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BS in mechanical engineering from Santa Clara University, California.
