Mr. Kalkman joined Carollo Engineers in 1985 and has extensive experience in water and wastewater facility planning, design, and construction engineering. He also heads Carollo's Infrastructure Group. He has extensive experience in water and sewer pipelines. Thom holds a BS in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University.
