Mr. Hagstrom joined Carollo Engineers in 1989 and has nearly 20 years of experience in planning, design, and construction management of water treatment facilities. His water treatment design experience includes direct filtration, conventional treatment, lime softening, ozonation, and membrane filtration. Jim holds a MS in environmental engineering and a BS in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
