Mr. Hagar joined Carollo Engineers in 1998 and has extensive experience in the design of water and wastewater treatment plants and distribution systems and advanced water treatment alternatives including membrane processes, granular activated carbon, ozone and pilot plants. C.B. holds a MS in civil engineering from North Carolina State University and a BS in civil engineering from the University of Kansas.
