Mr. Beliew joined Carollo Engineers in 1980 and has extensive experience in the planning, engineering, and construction management of wastewater treatment and water reclamation facilities and the management of energy conservation and utilization studies. George holds a MS in environmental engineering and a BS in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee.
