Mr. Deis joined Carollo Engineers in 1975 and has extensive experience in management, design, and construction on a wide variety of water and wastewater engineering projects. In 2002, Gary was selected to serve as Carollo's chief executive officer. Gary holds a MS in sanitary engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a BS degree in civil engineering from California State University, Fresno.
