Mr. Gillette joined Carollo Engineers in 1986 and has extensive civil engineering and wastewater operations and management experience. Bob has worked for agencies and has been responsible for management, regulation, grant funding, planning, design, construction, operation, and startup of wastewater facilities. Bob holds a MS and a BS in civil engineering from San Jose State University, California.
