Mr. Wheadon joined Carollo Engineers in 1988 and has extensive experience leading water and wastewater planning, design and construction projects including modeling and master planning, treatment plant upgrades and expansions, and process control system integration. Rick holds a MS in engineering management and a BS in civil engineering from Brigham Young University.
