Mr. Eimstad joined Carollo Engineers in 1992 and has extensive experience in collection system and wastewater treatment plant planning and design. Bob holds a MS in environmental engineering, a MS in botany from the University of Massachusetts, a BS in civil engineering, and a BS in biology from the University of Oregon.
