Michael is Carollo’s Chief Construction and Operations Manager. His duties include supervising field staff and administrating and coordinating construction management services with clients, designers, and other stakeholders. He also arranges and conducts pre-bid conferences, develops work scopes and budgets, and reviews escrow bid documents. Michael provides overall quality assurance for Carollo’s field construction activities and makes sure all projects are properly managed and documented. He is also involved with providing clients training in construction cost negotiations and construction schedule review, as well as developing and enforcing construction safety programs.
