A new federal action plan on climate change

President Obama recently unveiled his three-part action plan to address climate change through new federal policies.

The plan includes a pledge that by 2020, America will reduce our greenhouse gas emissions in the range of 17 percent below 2005 levels.

No word on if the plan to reduce carbon dioxide emissions includes Congress collectively holding its breath for up to seven minutes*, but then we didn't read the full report. But you can read the summary here and the full report here. Honestly, the full report is only 21 pages long, which has to make it a contender for some kind of governmental brevity award.
