Paul Walker, P.E. - Austin, TX
With 15 years of experience in water resources, water treatment, waterworks, wastewater, and water quality engineering, Mr. Walker helps Carollo’s government, industrial, and municipal clients throughout the United States complete important planning, design, and construction endeavors.

Amando Garza, P.E. - Bakersfield, CA
Since joining Carollo, Mr. Garza has helped California clients with water and wastewater facility planning, design, resident engineering, and construction management. His 15 years of experience also includes the development of operations manuals, grant administration, revenue programs, and agricultural reuse projects.

Bryant Bench, P.E. - Boise, ID
Mr. Bench has focused on water quality investigations, treatability studies, water master planning, water treatment process selection, and treatment plant design for more than 25 years. He has been directly responsible for or assisted with the planning, design, and construction of more than 30 water treatment plants nationwide.

Brian Matson, P.E. - Seattle, WA
For 15 years, Mr. Matson has developed his expertise in regulatory compliance and the design and construction of water and wastewater treatment projects. His experience includes the planning, design, and construction management of municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities throughout the northwestern United States.
