David L. Stringfield, P.E.
Joined the firm in 1990 and is the manager of Carollo’s Fresno and Bakersfield, California offices. He has 34 years of experience in both water and wastewater projects providing facilities plans, design, construction management, operations assistance, and start-up training. He has also managed numerous rate studies, conducted industrial waste surveys, and led groundwater monitoring, sludge disposal and agricultural reuse programs. David holds a MS in environmental engineering and a BS in civil engineering from the University of California, Davis.
